The West Side Market opened in 1912 on the corner of West 25th Street & Lorain
Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio. The market combines an indoor area complete with meat, pastry, dairy, and bread vendors, with an enlosed outdoor market that includes fresh produce and flower vendors.
The architecure of the building is in a Neo-Classical/Nyzantine style, and still
includes the original quarry tyle floors and a 44-foot high vaulted ceiling adorned with
terracotta tiles in a herringbone pattern.
